At Longevity Pro Labs, we are committed to delivering high-purity research peptides and compounds quickly, securely, and discreetly. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed, the shipping options available, and what to do if something goes wrong. By placing an order on longevityprolabs.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day typically ship the same or next business day. Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours.

An order is not considered shipped until a tracking number has been generated and a shipping confirmation email has been sent. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. See Shipping Methods & Rates for transit times.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection depends on package size, weight, destination, and the service level you choose at checkout. All shipments include full tracking and insurance.

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once the order has shipped they do not include the processing window described in Order Processing Times.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $200. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when your order subtotal qualifies. Free shipping applies to Standard Shipping only; expedited services remain available for an additional charge.

4. Domestic Shipping Coverage

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that orders to Alaska and Hawaii may experience extended transit times. See Shipping Restrictions for excluded address types.

5. International Shipping

International shipping is coming soon and is not available at this time. When international service launches, the following terms will apply:

• The purchaser is responsible for verifying that the products are legal to import into their destination country.
• The purchaser is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.
• We cannot guarantee customs clearance. Orders seized, delayed, or rejected by customs authorities are not eligible for a refund.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package in real time on the carrier’s website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact our support team.

7. Packaging & Cold-Chain Handling

All products are lyophilized for shelf stability and shipped in sturdy boxes with individually cushioned vials to ensure safe transit. Temperature-sensitive items include insulated liners and cold packs where appropriate.

Every order is sent in discreet packaging with no product details visible on the exterior. Sealed containers preserve product integrity and purity, and each shipment is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) where applicable.

8. Delivery Timeframes & Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Longevity Pro Labs is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to severe weather, carrier service interruptions, high shipping volume, customs processing, or governmental action.

If a package shows no tracking movement for 7 or more business days, we will initiate a carrier investigation on your behalf. See Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages for resolution details.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Lost in transit: If a package shows no movement after 14 business days, we will reship your order at no additional cost following a carrier investigation.
• Damaged on arrival: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. Approved claims are eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
• Marked delivered but not received: Contact us within 48 hours so we can open a carrier resolution case on your behalf.

Claims submitted after the stated windows may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

10. Address Accuracy & Reshipping

Customers are fully responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Longevity Pro Labs is not liable for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Orders returned to us because of an address error, or that require redirection, may be subject to a reshipping fee.

11. Shipping Restrictions

To ensure secure delivery, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. Orders must be shipped to a valid physical street address.

12. Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to the purchaser upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. Notwithstanding this, Longevity Pro Labs provides the loss, theft, and damage protections described in Section 9 as a customer-service commitment.

13. Research-Use-Only & Age Requirement

All products sold by Longevity Pro Labs are research-grade compounds intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory study by qualified researchers. They are not for human or animal consumption and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Longevity Pro Labs is a chemical supplier and is not a compounding pharmacy. Our products are not FDA-approved drugs.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that you will handle all products in accordance with applicable laws and proper laboratory safety practices.
