Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of Longevity Pro Labs and the website located at https://pep-dev.stratobase.cloud (collectively, the “Site”), including any purchase of products offered through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, each user, customer, buyer, and purchaser agrees to be bound by these Terms .
Eligibility
Use of the Site and purchase of any product is limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and legally able to enter into binding agreements. By using the Site or placing an order, the purchaser represents and warrants that they meet these requirements .
Research Use Restriction
All products sold by Longevity Pro Labs are intended solely for laboratory research use only. Products are not for human consumption, animal consumption, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, food use, drug use, veterinary use, or any other inappropriate application. Buyer acknowledges this restriction at the time of purchase .
Buyer Acknowledgment
By placing an order, the purchaser agrees that they are a qualified and trained researcher, laboratory professional, or institution acting through qualified personnel. The purchaser further agrees that they will not administer any product purchased from Longevity Pro Labs to themselves or to any other person, and that they accept full responsibility for the safe handling, use, storage, and disposal of all materials .
The purchaser represents and warrants that, after independent review and study, they fully understand: applicable government requirements relating to possession, handling, use, transfer, exposure, and disposal of the products; the health and safety hazards associated with the products purchased; the need to provide adequate warnings concerning such hazards; and the necessity of implementing all appropriate safety measures and protocols .
Restricted Sales
Longevity Pro Labs reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, restrict, cancel, or limit any order or sale for any reason, including where misuse is suspected or where a purchase appears inconsistent with lawful laboratory research use. Listing any material for sale does not create an obligation to complete a transaction .
Product Use and Compliance
All products are sold with the understanding that they will be handled only by qualified and properly trained professionals. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their purchase, possession, handling, use, transportation, storage, export, import, and disposal of products complies with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, regulations, ordinances, and laboratory standards .
The purchaser agrees not to misuse any product and not to use any product in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right. The listing of any product on the Site does not grant any license or permission under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property right .
No Medical or Consumer Use
Information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, clinical guidance, or a recommendation for any diagnostic, therapeutic, or preventative use. No statement on the Site should be interpreted as promoting human or animal administration of any product .
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by Longevity Pro Labs. Longevity Pro Labs may refuse any order, impose quantity limits, request additional verification, or cancel an accepted order at any time before shipment, including in cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, suspected misuse, regulatory concerns, or product availability issues .
Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. By submitting payment information, the customer authorizes Longevity Pro Labs and its payment processors to charge the full amount of the order, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any other disclosed charges .
Shipping, Title, and Risk
Shipping dates and delivery times are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise. Title to and risk of loss for products pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier or as otherwise required by applicable law, and the purchaser is responsible for complying with all destination requirements and restrictions.
Returns and Refunds
Because of the nature of research products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in a separate written return policy published on the Site or required by law. Longevity Pro Labs may, in its sole discretion, address verified shipping errors, damaged shipments, or product quality issues in accordance with any posted policy or written customer support resolution.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or results. Longevity Pro Labs does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Longevity Pro Labs, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Site, any product, or these Terms, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages .
Without limiting the foregoing, the purchaser assumes all risk arising from the handling and use of products purchased through the Site. In jurisdictions that do not allow certain limitations of liability, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification
As a material condition of sale, the purchaser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Longevity Pro Labs, its affiliates, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to: the purchaser’s breach of these Terms; the purchaser’s purchase, possession, handling, storage, transfer, transport, use, or disposal of any product; violation of any law or regulation; infringement of any third-party right; or injury, death, or property damage associated in any way with the products after sale .
Account and Site Use
Users may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site. Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, interfere with security features, transmit malicious code, scrape protected content in violation of applicable law or contract, or otherwise abuse the Site or its infrastructure.
Intellectual Property

Changes to Terms
