We offer free replacements on items that have been damaged during transport/shipping. If you received a damaged or broken item, a photo and video must be provided of the issue as soon as possible. This is required for our team to review the situation with management and determine the appropriate next steps.
Returns are available for unused and unopened items within 30 days of your order being placed. The item must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging. Unfortunately, already reconstituted products do not qualify for a return.
***The customer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning an item unless it was damaged during shipping. There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of your returned goods. Processing times for refunds vary depending on the method of payment used.
